The Board of Directors for the Washington County Industrial Development Authority met on June 3, 2025. The board had a variety of topics and projects to discuss, with main priorities being grounds maintenance at the Industrial Park, a potential housing study, and board vacancies and requirements for the Enhanced Enterprise Zone.
Consulting Director Rowe, provided an update on potential county projects involving rail, water infrastructure, and an upcoming planning meeting with Ameren Mo. There was also discussion about the upcoming work session for strategic planning in August.
