The board of directors for the Washington County Industrial Development Authority met on August 8, 2023.
Key items of discussion involved updates from the director concerning requests for financial support of the Inclusive Playground project, potential match monies for a grant to support expansion at the Washington County Airport and use of existing IDA funds for a potential increase in funding for the SEED$ program. In addition, the board discussed updates concerning the agreement with the City Council on the transfer of the Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 3.
